Register your pregnancy as soon as possible.

Pregnancy

If you have a visa and have paid the immigration health charge or are exempt from paying the surcharge, you will not have to pay for your care.  Pregnancy does not affect your visa status.  You must follow visa requirements but you do not need to leave the UK.

The NHS have put together a booklet with information and advice for internationally educated nurses and midwives who are pregnant or considering having a baby.
