Returning to work after maternity leave can bring mixed emotions for mothers, from excitement to see colleagues to anxiety about balancing work, childcare, breastfeeding, and milk expression routines.
Providing and working in a supportive breastfeeding environment not only continues to benefit the person breastfeeding and their baby, it also has benefits for employers;

reduced absence due to child sickness (breastfed babies are generally healthier)

increased staff morale and loyalty, and a subsequently higher rate of return to work

Information packs
Supporting breastfeeding or expressing mothers at work is simple with our information packs.
You can browse all the guidance online above or request a physical pack if you’d like the printed materials.
Each pack also includes handy extras—like a door hanger, posters, a pen and a sticky notepad.
